Our beautiful Grade II listed building was originally opened in 1854 and was formerly known as the ‘Low-Level Train Station’ in Wolverhampton. The station consists of three main rooms, The Old Ticketing Hall, The Brunel Suite and The Grand Hall, all of which have been transformed into a state-of-the-art venue, whilst still retaining its historical character with the traditional Staffordshire blue brick.
The Old Ticketing Hall is our main entrance to the Grand Station and is a beautiful way to enter the venue as a newly married couple. Its Italian renaissance ceilings and classic sash windows make for a perfect picturesque wedding ceremony and not to forget our main attraction, the magnificent chandelier which is bound to leave all your guests in awe. This licenced civil ceremony room has a capacity of 150 guests and included an adjoining cosy and atmospheric bar where you can relax and enjoy the company of your guests over drinks. This elegant area can be tailored to your personal preferences and has the option of a red-carpet entrance.
The Grand Hall, which was originally the old station platform, is a stunning, modern room equipped with the latest technology and is suitable for all occasions whether it be for a Traditional wedding of 200 guests or an Asian wedding of 500 guests.
The Brunel Suite is the perfect space for a smaller more traditional wedding with its beautiful original features and capacity of 130 guests to ensure all your guests are fully involved in the celebrations.
