The all inclusive drinks package costs £50.00 extra on top of ticket price, this includes unlimited beers, ciders, wines, softs, and spirit (excludes premium spirits and cocktails)

Walk-ins are not accepted
Payments will not be taken at The Grand Station or over the phone due to security reasons.

Parking:
We do have 82 free parking spaces on-site. However, it is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis.
Other Information:
Doors open at 6:30 pm. The event finishes at 1:00 am
Dinner will be served from 7:30 pm so we ask guests to arrive before 7:00 pm
Table numbers & seating chart are displayed on the day of the event
Do you have parking on-site?
- Yes, we have 82 parking spaces available on-site. There is also a large car park next door at Wolverhampton Train Station which is pay and display.
Where is the nearest Hotel?
- The Premier Inn is located within a minute's walk from our venue.
If I get COVID will I be able to get a refund?
- Unfortunately not.
If the Government Guidelines change and the event can no longer take place, will I be eligible for a refund?
- We will provide a refund or a date change.
Can I buy an individual ticket?
- Yes, individual tickets are available for £65.00.
When will the full payment be required?
- We will require full payment when booking your ticket.
I have allergies, do you cater to these?
- Please note all your allergies when completing the food booking form.
Will I need to wear a face-covering?
- Our venue will follow whatever guidelines that are in place at the current time.
What is the dress code?
- Flashy & Festive (no hoodies, hats, tracksuits, trainers, or jeans).
When can we make our food orders?
- You will be contacted 6 weeks before the event for your food orders.
What do your VIP Tables include?
- Our VIP Tables include Premium seating, Personalised Ushers, Unlimited Drinks (excludes premium alcohol and cocktails.), Four Course Meal, Front Row Table, Photo on arrival.
How many people fit at one table?
- 10 guests
Can I have 11 people on my table?
-Unfortunately not, we are only able to fit 10 to a table due to the high numbers attending
What time will your Christmas Party be taking place?
- 6:30pm - 01:00am
How can I pay for my ticket?
- Through our Ticket Tailor, to purchase your ticket click here. We will not accept cash or cheques.
Can drinks be paid by cash during the night?
- Yes, however we do encourage card payments
What if I have less than 10 guests?
- Unfortunately, there will be no discount on the tables.
