We're able to provide you with and unforgettable experience from start to finish. Right in the heart of Wolverhampton with excellent links to local motorways, train stations and hotels, our Hindu wedding venue in Wolverhampton provides you with everything you need. Our dedicated wedding team are on hand to assist you though every aspect of your special event.
Mandap
Mandap & civil ceremony package are available to add on to any package with an additional cost. The Havan (fire pit) for the Mandap is allowed inside the building. You will have to contact your local Pandit externally for the ceremony. To hold your Mandap at Grand Station there is an additional room hire charge, the ceremony & reception are done within the 6 hrs. Mandaps’ can last as long as required, usually would be 1-2hrs long, all rituals are allowed.
Breakfast Options – This is served before the Mandap, there are 3 options to choose between in this section. This has in-house food, which would be fully vegetarian, & drinks provided by Grand Station.
Lunch Options – Would be served after the Mandap, there are 2 options to choose between in this section with in-house food, which is fully vegetarian, supplied by Grand Station.

Soft drinks are included in all the packages, there are premium soft drinks available at an additional cost. Spirits & beer are sold in a separate package. There is an option where you can have a cocktail bar set up in your event, there are 3 sections to select from, the client providing the spirits, spirits included (provided by GS) & premium spirits included. Corkage is included in the package price meaning you can bring in your own spirits & wine bottles.

The venue’s official licence deems that 12am is the official closing time at Grand Station. This when guests are required to leave the premises. However, you can apply for an extension via Wolverhampton Council.
Yes we do, most commonly our civil ceremonies are held within the Old Ticketing Hall and have featured for hundreds of weddings at the Grand Station. The chandelier and grand entrance into the building is excellent for photos and adds to the incentive for a wonderful day.

We are located just a couple of minutes away from the Wolverhampton City Centre via foot where many taxi ranks are based within the area. Wolverhampton Train Station is just a two minute walk away from the venue as is the city’s bus station where that is located just five minutes away.
Yes, we allow a tab on our many bars throughout the venue and this can have a limit. Cash bars are also an option.
