• Canapés – This food service you can have upon request, most likely served at a drinks reception of your event. You can choose 3 canapés to be served from the menu.
• Children’s Menu – This food service is offered, if you choose a package with a sit-down meal, and there are children attending the event who can’t have the original menu. They have 2 course options, mains & dessert, which you choose one from both.
• Hot Buffet – This food Service is available to upgrade to on any package for an additional cost. Food to be served hot, you have 3 sections to choose from (main, sides, dessert) and you must select two items from the mains, sides & dessert to serve on the hot buffet.
• Hog Roast – This food Service is available to upgrade to on any package for an additional cost. There are 2 course options (main & dessert), you must select one item from the mains and two items from the desserts.
• Asian Buffet – This food Service is available to upgrade to on any package for an additional cost. There are 4 course options in this menu section. You must select 2 items from dishes, two items from mains two items from desserts and one side. It is recommended to choose one meat dish and one veggie dish to cater to guests’ dietary requirements.

We allow our rooms to be available from Monday - Thursday between the months of June and September 2022. All bookings include the following within our packages:
Room Hire, Red Carpet Entrance, Banqueting Tables & Chairs, Security, DJ & PA System, LED Dancefloor, Drinks upon arrival, Crockery, Cutlery & Glassware, Table Linen, Waitering Staff and Event Manager.

All bookings must have a required number of 100 Brunel Suite guests and 150 Grand Hall guests in order to have your magical evening held at Grand Station. We also offer a number of additional extra’s to amplify a night to never forget.
