Décor Planning

Three months before your event, you will be assigned a dedicated event planner who will arrange a detailed planning meeting with you. During this meeting, you will go through all the finer details of your celebration, including timings, table layouts, guest numbers, and your chosen theme. Whether you are planning an Asian wedding, Caribbean wedding, Pakistani wedding, or another cultural celebration, we ensure every detail reflects your traditions and vision perfectly.

Following your meeting, your planner will provide you with the contact details for Grand Décor, the trusted company we work with for all of our events. They will guide you through selecting your centrepieces, table linens, staging, and additional décor elements in line with your chosen package, ensuring the styling complements your wedding style and cultural requirements.

If you have any questions before your dedicated planner is formally assigned, you are welcome to arrange a soft planning call with a member of our events team. This gives you the opportunity to discuss any initial queries and gain clarity ahead of the full planning process.

Once your planner has been assigned, they will remain your main point of contact right up until your event date. You will receive their direct email address, and you can also contact our office to speak with a planner should they be available.

Four weeks before your event, you will attend a final planning meeting with your event planner, where your full event brief will be reviewed and confirmed to ensure everything is perfectly in place for your special day.
